Meredith is a self-starter unlike anyone I’ve met before and her passion for ux is infectious - when she gets excited everyone around her does too! I’ve had the pleasure of working with Meredith at Wordstream, collaborating on several projects. She regularly finds opportunities to lead initiatives outside her day to day responsibilities.
Everyone knows Meredith as the FullStory expert at WordStream. She set up many complex funnels and leads a weekly meeting where all of product and engineering watches users interact with the product. This has been incredibly helpful to identify bugs and usability issues as well as developing empathy for the users.
In a recent Hackathon Meredith proposed an idea that was a major pain point for users on mobile backed by both qualitative and quantitative data. Her business case was so strong that she was able to recruit the largest team in the Hackathon and in a day turned around a fully functioning mobile experience.
Not only is Meredith skilled in defining the user problem and running user testing, but she also is great at executing on the designs. Meredith crafts beautiful interfaces, illustrations and has an eye for typography.
I’ve learned so much from Meredith in my time working with her and any team would be lucky to have her.

Meredith is that rare combination of youthful, positive energy coupled with an extremely honed level of experience found in seasoned veterans.
